Together We Can Support Every Family

It sure does 'take a valley' to raise children.

Volunteer, donate, or share resources to support families during their most important journey. Your involvement ensures no parent navigates parenthood alone. Let's do this together!

01 ‣ Volunteer at the Swap

Become a perinatal HERO! Join our amazing volunteer crew at the Swap! We could use your helping hands to sort those adorable tiny clothes, arrange displays, and create that warm, welcoming vibe that makes parents feel right at home. Your few hours will directly connect growing families with exactly what they need, keeps perfectly good baby gear in circulation, and honestly—it's a lot of fun!

02 ‣ Financial Support

Your donation helps connect young families with the support they need during their perinatal journey. Your gift will help fund community advocacy, collaboration among providers and the Swap. As a 501(c)(3) Wyoming nonprofit, your donations are fully tax-deductible, plus it just feels good!

03 ‣ Partner with Us

We're all about partnering with perinatal organizations, healthcare providers, and businesses who support local families. Do you offer perinatal services? Let's get you listed in the directory. Want to help sustain this vital work? We'd love to discuss partnerships or in-kind donations. Together, we can ensure families find the support they need.

Perinatal Training for Mental Health Providers

Postpartum Support International - Wyoming is offering scholarships for perinatal mental health training to providers serving Wyoming residents. This specialized training fills a critical gap, preparing you to support clients through pregnancy, postpartum and early parenting.

With a shortage of perinatal mental health providers in Wyoming, this training positions you to serve families actively seeking support. Scholarship funding significantly reduces training costs, and you can choose from in-person, 2-day live virtual, or on-demand formats.

Bonus: scholarship funds are also available for those pursuing full PMH-C certification, covering advanced training and exam costs.

4th Trimester Buddy Program

Every new mom deserves a buddy. Launching Summer 2027.

The first three months after a baby arrives can be one of the loneliest and overwhelming times of your life. The meal train ends. Your partner goes back to work. Adjusting to a healing body, time schedules and wondering what is "normal".

Buddies are trained volunteers, moms with lived experience, not professionals and that is on purpose. Sometimes what helps the most is not going to an appointment, but someone who has been exactly where you are and can say, "yes, that happened to me too."
