Compass Women’s Care offers a series of in-person classes taught by registered nurses designed to guide expectant parents through every stage: from the early pregnancy (First & Second Trimester) periods, to late pregnancy and labor, and into breastfeeding.

For those who are pregnant or soon becoming parents, these classes provide practical preparation, reduce uncertainty, and build confidence for labor, delivery, and early infant feeding. They’re a warm, informative resource if you want to feel more ready and supported in the perinatal journey.

The classes are offered in both English and Spanish.
