This is a welcoming space where you can move your body, share experiences, and speak openly about the rewarding and challenging aspects of motherhood. Whether you're navigating pregnancy or adjusting to life with a new baby, you'll find understanding companions and supportive conversations here. Bring an infant carrier or stroller and be prepared for changing weather! (Health Department has infant carriers and strollers to borrow too!)
