This is a series of workshops designed to help parents strengthen their connection with their children and build healthier family relationships. In part 1 we will look at:
Healthy ways to relate to your children and set clear limits.
Which approaches are less helpful and can have negative effects.
Which approach is considered the healthiest and most balanced.
At Integration for Life, we "lend a helping hand" to those most in need, helping them overcome economic hardship, but we also "lend a helping hand" to society as a whole — encouraging it to take on the commitment and responsibility of standing in the gap for others. We believe that self-centered living can only be overcome through selfless service to others.
