Tiny Trails Outdoor Therapy
Tiny Trails Outdoor Therapy help kids ages 3-15 to regulate, communicate, and participate in daily life; and using nature as a co-therapist is the best way to do it! Sessions are designed to support regulation, confidence, and participation through meaningful experiences in natural environments.
Families can participate together in nature based occupational therapy session that encourage curiosity, movement and early learning through exploration. Activities include hiking, sensory play, music, storytelling, and hands-on discovery in natural settings. Programs are designed to support child development while strengthening caregiver-child bonding in a supportive community environment.
For families in the early parenting years, this provides a meaningful way to connect, build routines outside the home, and support healthy social, emotional, and physical development through consistent exposure to nature and guided play.
